Rob graduated from the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California and served in the United States Army, Military Intelligence as Russian linguist. He began working in marketing and ecommerce in the late ‘90s. He played key roles with several successful startups including AutoAnything.com (acquired by Auto Zone in 2012), served as the Director of Ecommerce at LifeProof, and held similar positions at various other fledgling companies.

Prior to entering the cannabis industry, Willy was quickly working his way up the big-box retail ladder. Serving as a Signing Specialist with Target, he cross-trained in every aspect of the business, but found his strongest suite to be guest experience and presentation. Additionally, Willy became a team trainer with more than 50 trainees to his credit.
