Our restaurant will offer a condensed, varied menu that goes beyond the tacos and burritos that are served by our competitors (Chipotle). We will offer the street cart foods of tacos, tamales, quesadillas, tostadas and soups (menudo, pozole) and also the traditional homemade dishes such as enchiladas, mole and Cochinita Pibil, all made with high quality ingredients. Our price point will average $8 per plate and cooked in 6-8 minutes.
