Antmar Tech is the brainchild of novelist, screenwriter, and journalist Anthony Lamarr White. The company is seeking startup funding to develop and launch a mobile app, The Deterrent, which turns users' cell phones into personal security monitoring devices that can help deter criminals. White is the company's CEO and Gregory Flowers Jr., who has a degree in computer engineering from Florida A & M University, is Head of Product Development.
