Company Summary
This company establishes a system for farm co-ops. Overall health of the citizens should improve as more farm products become available for consumption. The farms will provide economic support to impoverished rural citizens by providing them small business income, and the organization increase the stability of the farms by establishing co-ops to share information, advice, and emergency relief.

Josephales Sosthenes MtebeProgram Director
Mtebe is one of four founders of Simba wa Yuda (Lion of Judah) Academy in Tanzania. He currently acts as the head of the school and, as such, is familiar with the various stakeholders. Mtebe has a heart for the people of Lion of Judah and the surrounding area of Bulima. He is fluent in both English and Kiswahili, as well as several local tribal languages. Mtebe is well-known and greatly respected.

Anthony Ray RentschlerUS Project Liason
Anthony is a senior business major at Penn State Berks. He grew up around agriculture and has a natural bent for entrepreneurship. He travelled to Tanzania in 2009 to build a soccer field.

Linda Beth RentschlerSMSD Director
Linda is a social entrepreneur with personal ties to several countries through relationships developed at The King's Academy, where she is the High School Director. Her areas of professional interest include education, energy, economic development, sustainable agriculture, and research. She has a BA in Biology from Gettysburg College and is in the MBA/MEdL program at Lehigh University.

Kayla ManevalTeam member
Kayla is a freshman Animal Science major at Penn State Berks. She has been to Tanzania twice, the last trip this summer to conduct a fact-finding tour for this chicken farm co-op. She is a 2013 graduate of The King's Academy and has a distinct love for all things African.
