Spencer joined the ANSR: Board of Advisors when the company was formed in 2007, and became Chairman in March 2010 and CEO in December 2011. Prior, he served as CEO of Euro RSCG DRTV., CEO of Sundance Electronics and EVP & CFO of TriQuint Semiconductor. He is a former Chair of OEN and former President of ACG Portland. He has a BA in Political Science, U.C.L.A.. He is a member of the Board of Directors of The Commerce Bank of Oregon.

Janet, a Senior Principal of Portland based consulting firm VelocX, is a 25-year practitioner in integrated marketing. Prior to consulting she held key marketing, sales and business development positions with top technology companies including Apple, Enron, Now Software and Merant.

Kailani has 16 years of experience in the cosmetic and skincare industry. Prior to joining ANSR: Kailani was the owner of Urban Escape, a salon and spa in the Gig Harbor area of Washington, which she owned for over 5 years. She has been an account executive for Color Me Beautiful brands and Elizabeth Arden and has worked in various channels such as department stores and mid-tier accounts, in addition to salons and spas.
