He is the Co-founder as well as Chief Executive Officer. He oversees the management, marketing and operation parts of the company. He studied Entrepreneurship at Boston University. He was involved in several start-up projects, and he started his first venture company in his senior year of college, which introduced and merchandised Korean emerging fashion designers in the US market.

She is the Co-founder of the company and the Chief Design Officer. She oversees the fashion and photo related part of the company. She merchandises handbags, builds the general concept for LookBook shooting, and styles models for photo shootings. She studied Political Science at Northeastern University and was very interested in both human rights and fashion. She worked briefly at a fashion merchandising company in South Korea.

He is the Chief Technology Officer. He manages the back-end part of the website and blog. He handles any other technology implementations in the company. He is currently working at the Boston University IT Department. He is studying Computer Science at Boston University Graduate School.
