Every one that wants to build, including (other builders) will never need the electic grid again.The sq. ft of the house has enough roof surface to produce the necessary watts for the electrical needs plus an overage 1000sf of our solar panels produce 33 kwh's a day. That's only 33x33 roof surface. The Manufacture guarantees the roof not to leak for 20 YEARS
