Andie's Specialty Sweets is a high-end confectioner of hyper-realistic, thematic, and fanciful one-of-kind designs.  Since 2010, Andie's has conducted market research and extensive R&D as a test shop on the website, Etsy.  From that research, Andie's has validated several products and developed a scalable process. A non-artist work force, trained in two days, will allow for great flexibility to rapidly expand or contract expenses and volume.
