AndesVolt develops and produces grid scale energy storage solutions based on lithium batteries that store electricity from renewable energy sources (solar or wind). The electricity is released when the demand is high or when the renewable source is unavailable (night time for instance). The system avoids the use of traditional fuel to produce electricity while the renewable source is unavailable, reducing the costs and improving availability.
