ProROX, a disruptive new product for restaurant and institutional kitchens, eliminates pathogens from food materials during the standard washing process. The Company will manufacture ProROX on a contract basis through a custom metal fabricator located in the Chicago area with which Company management has extensive experience. The Company's detailed 18-month product development process plan is scheduled to be completed by early 2018.
