Mr. Bonmati has thirty years of experience in the founding/management of Life Sciences companies. He has participated in the development of a number of startups, including DNAX (Schering Plough, Inc.), Chiron (Novartis), Codon (Berlex/Bayer), Columbia Laboratories (NasdaqGM:CBRX), and Norland (Cooper Surgical). He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from INSCIR in France, an MS Ch.E. degree from ENSPM in France, and an MBA from the University of Paris.

Mr. Avni developed the SmartStep™ concept and is the founder of Andante Medical Devices Ltd. He has worked with the FDA, CE and ISO regulatory bodies, and has managed Beta sites, clinical trials and evaluations in the US. Mr. Avni holds an M.Sc. degree in Biochemical Engineering and a B.Sc. in Physical Therapy, both from Ben-Gurion University. He relocated to the US with his family in 2009 to help promote the usage of the SmartStep™.

Mr. Koenig is a managing partner of Imowitz Koenig & Co., LLP, a certified public accounting firm and is the managing member of the Real Estate Systems Implementation Group, LLC, a consulting company serving the real estate industry. Mr. Koenig received a B.Sc. degree from Farleigh Dickinson University and an MBA from Fordham University.

Mrs. Zawislack has served as Marketing Director since October 1, 2008. She is also responsible for the design and implementation of all marketing and advertising materials including print and media. She served as Marketing Manager of Orthometrix, Inc. from April 2002 to September 2008, and as Applications Manager from May 2000 to March 2002. Mrs. Zawislack holds B.Sc. and ME degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University

Ms. Kim has been providing clinical support to Andante Medical Devices Ltd. since 2007 and to Andante’s US National Accounts since 2008. She is a Physical Therapist/Research Assistant at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and a PRN Physical Therapist at MacNeal Hospital. Previously, Ms. Kim was Outpatient Team Leader/Physical Therapist at HealthSouth in Tucson, AZ. She holds a M.Sc. in Physical Therapy from Elon University in North Carolina.

Mr. Perez joined Orthometrix, Inc. in 2004 as Rehabilitation/Fitness Sales Representative and became National Sports Teams Sales Manager in 2006. He was the Fitness Director of the Fontainebleau Hilton Hotel in Miami Beach from 1998 to 2004. Mr. Perez holds a B.Sc. degree in Physical Education from Long Island University in Greenvale, NY, and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. He is an NSCA Strength/Conditioning Specialist

Ms. Woods has been providing clinical support to Andante in the Northeast since 2008. She has been a Physical Therapist at the Kessler Institute in West Orange, NJ since 2006 and at NYU Medical Center in New York, NY since 2008. Ms. Woods specializes in MS and stroke patients, amputees and pediatrics. She holds a B.Sc. in Rehabilitation Science, M.Sc. in Physical Therapy and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in Boston

Ms. Eshed has served as Head of Clinical Education of Andante Medical Devices Ltd. since 2004 and joined Andante’s clinical education effort in October 2008. She has previously served as a physiotherapist at several child development centers at Lowenstein Hospital. Ms. Eshed holds a BPT in Physiotherapy from Tel-Aviv University and a B.Sc. Agr. in Animal Science from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Mr. Salah joined Andante Medical Devices Ltd. as Manager, Research & Development in 2002. Since then, he has been involved in all the technical aspects of the SmartStep™ development process. Mr. Salah holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Mr. Schüle joined Orthometrix, Inc. in August 2003 as Customer Service Engineer for peripheral Quantitative Computed Tomography. He was responsible for manufacturing and servicing x-ray systems at Stratec Medizintechnik GmbH from 1998 to 2003. Mr. Schüle holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Pforzheim, Germany and subsequently became a Communication Electrician at the Research Center of Karlsruhe, Germany.

Ms. Friedman joined Andante Medical Devices Ltd. as Operating Manager in 2000. She has extensive R&D and operational experience from her previous employment at Medinol and Cimatron. Ms Friedman holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Institute, Haifa, Israel and studied Biomedical Engineering at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
