As a father of a child who is gluten intolerant, Jonathan has become focused on creating gluten free desserts that everyone can enjoy. His passion for family, friends, and community has combined this need with a drive to recreate the community "hang out" spot. His qualifications include:

Studied Business Management at Southern Oregon University
Over 10 years of experience in Office Administration

Crystal has studied a wide range of subjects in college, including Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacology, Art, and Culinary Arts. With close to 15 years of experience baking for friends and family, and the recent 8 years creating and selling custom cakes, she is our Confectionery Wizard in charge of creating our wonderful pastries.

Casondra is the better half of Jonathan, and one of the motivations for getting the company off the ground. As a former Beautician, she is uniquely equipped to interact with the public on a better scale than either owner. Casondra will perform deliveries in the first 2 years, moving to Hospitality when the coffee house opens in year 3.
