Company Summary

Anar Solar is a solar energy equipment manufacturer and installation company. We manufacture, market, and install our own patent-pending, non-invasive racking & ballast system designed specifically to address the inherent challenge of "Side-Sloped" solar installations on capped landfills. Our technology provides a noninvasive approach that delivers the most efficient, cost-effective, and eco-friendly landfill solution in the solar/PV industry.

Team

  • Founder, President/CEO

Mark Pelletier founded Anar Solar after a successful career in general contracting and involvement in numerous civil PV installations. His extensive field experience inspired him to find an easier, simpler way to install solar racking systems. Working closely with engineers from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Mark developed a unique, patent-pending approach that met his demanding criteria for both user & eco-friendliness.

  • VP, Engineering/CTO

Jim Mandry possesses undergraduate and graduate degrees from MIT with a nearly perfect GPA. He has over 30 years of experience developing and designing leading-edge products and systems in the industrial electronics and consumer space. He excels at systems engineering and simplifying what would normally be complex tasks and issues. Jim works at a high level yet ensures the smallest details at the lowest levels of the design are correct as well.

  • VP, Marketing Operations/CMO

Scott Cavanagh holds an MBA in International Business from Southern New Hampshire University. Through the years, he has applied his technical and marketing experience to the software industry, most notably at White Pine Software from 1996-2001 where he was part of the product marketing team responsible for “CU-SeeMe.“ Since then, he has held other product marketing and sales management positions at other market-leading, high-tech companies.
