Anait Bian is a specialized designer of contemporary and
couture women’s clothing with over 15 years of experience in the global fashion industr.
Prior to her career in the fashion indust Ms Bian attended Parsons School of
Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York graduating with degrees in Fine
Arts
Ms Bian began her career in the fashion industry as astylist for photo shoots In 1996, Ms. Bian launched her own designer lab

Lara Meiland was the founder and president of Lara Helene Bridal Atelier, a luxury bridal salon
in Manhattan, New York that launches young international designer talent, produces and sells
unique and original wedding gowns and bridal accessories.

Given her extensive experience in the fashion industry, Ms.
Meiland has extensive contacts in retail, publishing, public relations and international
production.

Steven M. LaColla, Chief Financial Officer, Peter Thomas Roth Labs, LLC (PTR). Steven is a Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) and plays a key role in the overall management and direction of PTR and its
business plan.
Prior to joining PTR, Steven served 23 years in the financial services industry. He served as CFO of
Tradeware Global, LLC, CFO of Advanced Financial Applications, Inc., CFO of Lynch, Jones & Ryan,
Inc. and CFO of Harborview LLC

She has a decade of retail experience with a variety of positions focusing on the high end
fashion market. Most recently, Ms. Hardigg served as the Business Director for Store Sourcing for
Louis Vuitton splitting her time between New York and Paris.

Prior to Louis Vuitton, Ms. Hardigg performed Product Sourcing and acted as an Assistant Manager
for Tiffany & Co.

She is the owner of Aros Communications, a marketing, public relations and special events
company that specializes in luxury and fashion brands. She has represented many celebrities,
including Jane Seymour, and has worked closely with Saks Fifth Avenue Department Stores.
Ms. Rosi served as the representative and spokeswoman for the German fashion house, Escada.
Previously, Ms. Rosi represented jewelry company, David Yurman Inc.
