Anahata means the 4th chakra located at the heart. And from the heart is how we've created, built and operated this donation-based retreat center. Anahata Healing Arts Center is where Ayurveda and Yoga come together into everyday life to heal and help the people who need. It's not only the place where technical and physical methods are performed, it's also the place where nature is allowed to do what it does best, nurture.
