Yair also served as independent consultant to various high-tech firms and venture capital funds. Dr. Shapira earned his Ph.D. in the field of Speech Processing from the Technion. Yair is deeply involved in stuttering therapy via his 17 years old son, who stutters.

Yoav is a world-known healthcare technologist, speech researcher and startup mentor. Dr. Medan led IBM's speech processing lab, served as CTO of InSightec, is a visiting scientist in the Technion focusing on entrepreneurship, mentor of start-up companies, and a TEDMED speaker. Yoav earned his Ph.D. in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion, and holds a MBA from Bradford University.

Ofer is a leading speech language pathologist, focusing on stuttering therapy. Apart from his own clinic, Dr. Amir heads the school of communication disorders in Tel Aviv University, is a fruitful researcher, and sits on the board of Israel's speech therapists associations. Dr. Amir earned his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois.
