Tony has over 20 years experience in auto mechanics and fabrication, both as an owner and an
operator. Additionally, he has spent countless hours researching the Natural Gas field, which
led him to find a safe and proven technology to convert existing automobiles to utilize both CNG
and gasoline. Mr. Pavlo has spent years developing relationships with manufacturers, fabricators, energy experts and shops to perfect the conversion kit proces

With several years of experience in sales, marketing and project management, Andy provides expertise and fresh perspectives in growing a business. Mr. Jones has built a large, diverse network of contacts throughout the United States, which has allowed AFA to rapidly reach its goals and audience. A natural networker, Andy has introduced various individuals, many of whom have partnered to create successful alliances (including AFA).

Dr. Jeff Seisler is the CEO of Clean Fuels Consulting, with offices in Brussels, Belgium and
Washington, D.C. Clean Fuels Consulting is a private company whose mission is to facilitate the
commercialization of clean fuels and technologies. Jeff was the first ED of the European Natural
Gas Vehicle Association from 1994-2007. Prior to that, he was the first ED of the Natural Gas
Vehicle Coalition in Washington, D.C. starting in 1988. Jeff

Mr. Smith has owned an ASE licensed auto repair shop since 2002. Prior to this he spent a
combined 8 years working for Ford, Mazda, GM and Kia gaining vast technical knowledge about
the workings of automobiles. Before opening his own shop, Smith worked at Goddard Space Flight Center (NASA) as an Electronic Technician. He feels confident that if he
can make it run in space, he can make it run on the ground.

As the founder of a customer experience-branding firm, Joey specializes in helping shape the
interactions customers have with the client. His vast expertise lies in marketing campaigns,
composing promotions, and arranging sales efforts into hugely successful enterprises. Clients
