I created a gem calling on Property Managers who decide on contract work at sites ten years or older in residential complexes[gated or secured[commercial buildings,institutions,industrial sites and companies who out-source most contracting needs from landscape to electrical, paving, plumbing, painting, demolition, excavating, general contracting and anything else required.

I have thirty years experience managing business operations and overseeing sales staffs. I am proficient in streamlining an office's production and insuring that all employees efficiency is maximized. I also have extensive experience in sales and managing outside sales people. This is critical in making sure the inside operations gels with what is going on out in the field.
