Mr. Jóhannesson has over 20 years of management experience, with 15 years in the energy sector. At AR, he is responsible for the sourcing and development of U.S.-based hydro- and geothermal power projects.

Before forming AR, Mr. Jóhannesson was CEO of Iceland America Energy, a renewable energy developer in North America.
He completed a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aalborg University in Denmark.

Mr. Wilson has over 20 years of management experience with 7 years specifically focused on the energy sector. Before joining America Renewables, Mr. Wilson worked with Nevada Geothermal Power, a North American renewable energy developer.
Mr. Wilson also served as CFO and COO of Iceland America Energy, a renewable energy developer focusing on geothermal and hydroelectric development.

Mr. Sigurðsson has over 20 year’s experience in renewable energy. As CTO Mr. Sigurðsson is responsible for engineering and design. Before joining AR he was a project manager at EFLA Consulting Engineers in Iceland. Before joining EFLA he worked for ENEX as project manager. Mr. Sigurðsson has a M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluids and Combustion, from Aalborg University in Denmark. He is also a licensed Electrician and Marine Engineer.

Ms. Sigurðardóttir is responsible for all marketing and public relations at AR. Prior to joining AR, she was Marketing Director for Iceland America Energy where she was in charge of marketing and branding of the company. She is a founding member of Tonic Games, a multimedia company in Aalborg, Denmark that develops game-based learning products. She earned her M.A. in Humanistic Informatics, Multimedia from Aalborg University in Denmark.
