Ana holds an MBA from the University of Porto Business School and is a licensed environmental engineer from the University of Aveiro. She has a strong knowledge of the Portuguese agro-food sector due to her work at CONFAGRI. Seh is a specialist in waste management. She has been a member of the Ambisys team since 2007 and is repsonsible for the daily coordination of all Ambisys projects.

Merijn holds a PhD from the University of Minho and a Masters degree in chemical engineering from Delft University of Technology. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in the field of wastewater and organic waste treatment and accumulated a vast kno-how along those years. He worked for Paques, Royal Haskoning and BHP Minerals before moving to Portugal. He is the main driving force behind AMbisys' technologies.

Maria João holds a masters degree in environmental technology from the University of Minho and an executive MBA from University of Porto Business School. She is member of the board of AMbisys and Ecovisão and coordinates the strategic business area of environment and energy within the Monte Group. She has extensive business experience within this area

Madalena holds a license in chemical engineering from the University of Porto, a masters degree from IST and a PhD from the university of Minho. She is associate professor at the Department fro Biological Engineering at the latter and responsible for the Bioresources, Bioremediation & Biorefinery Group. Her specialty is anaerobic technology and published over 90 articles in peer reviewed journals and over 90 papers in international conferences
