A northern-Ontario native, he spent 11 years in Europe and Japan, working as a senior designer and product planner with global OEMs including Yamaha, Aprilia, Piaggio and Bombardier. Michael is an active industry consultant and electric vehicle authority.

Kelly is a CA, CPA who has served many different industries including private and public businesses, energy, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, technology, software, NPO's, all levels of government. She had held the positions of controller, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance for both local and international companies. Currently, she is CEO of KLM financial, a CFO outsource consultancy.

Joe is an ex-AMA international motorcycle racer, and a partner of Pro6 Cycle, Canada's biggest track day operator and pro shop and the national importer of Dunlop racing tires in Canada. His vast network of industry contacts combine with an intimate understanding of what it takes to win on the track make him the go-to person for enthusiasts from coast to coast.

Kevin is a veteran professional machinist and mechanic with 35 years experience. He has raced minis, constructed home-built aircraft, designed sail boat racing accessories, and manufactured parts for prototype vehicles for companies like Bombardier, as well as individual enthusiasts. Kevin brings old world craft and encyclopaedic knowledge of metal work together.
