Amaka's mission is to accelerate the path to jobs of the future through paid training. We do this by paying people a liveable income and providing them with free tuition and housing over their time training with us. In exchange, we get no more than 20% of students annual income over 24months when they secure a job salaried at $50,000+ If they don't secure a job with this substantial level of compensation 4-years after, they owe us nothing.
