She served as the Business Manager of a $500 Million retail brokerage business at E*TRADE Financial and in various other financial roles at Hewlett Packard Company and Staples, Inc. Her skills lie in the area of business planning and execution, financial modeling and analysis and in aligning business detail with strategic direction.

Mark spent 25 years starting, building, repurposing and investing in businesses in the staffing, workforce management, financial services, real estate and technology industries. Prior to the 2009 founding of The Mark Nelson Group, an entrepreneurial capital, advisory and consulting firm, Mark served 20+ years at the Nelson Family of Companies, Northern California's premiere workforce management and talent acquisition company.

For more than 4 decades, Michael has held countless roles, from entrepreneur, businessman, investor, philanthropist, to political activist. Michael served as a primary shareholder and CEO of two public companies and half a dozen private enterprises, including CEO of the largest franchising photo retailer in North America.
