She worked her way through millions in sales. She is now owner of Ethos Staffing and has created a vast networking system that stems throughout the surrounding southern states. She knows the timing is right for sales in the renewable energy sector.

Betty Norman, Buearu Manager-Energy Division, Mississippi Development Authority has extensive knlowledge of State issues concerning renewable energy. Her 20 plus years with MDA lends bredth and depth to influential contacts in the energy industry in Mississippi and neighboring states.

After serving my Country in the US Army and retiring as a 1SG, I decided to return to the Coast where I was raised and discovered a need for a Renewable Energy Company. While maintaining a full time job as a boat Captain on the MS River to shore up my income, I attended FSEC Solar Installation Classes, graduated and became the first Solar Contractor Licensed in MS. My goal is to make renewable affordable, tangible and widespread in MS.

Robert brings 20 years experience in the electrical industry and 10 years in the California Solar industry. After returning home from California he trained numerous electrical contractors' employees in safe solar installation procedures. Before joining Alternate Energy Solutions, Robert was the Louisiana Director of Sales and Operations for Nationwize Solar of California.
