Jim possess over 30 years of financial and operating experience. Prior to ALTe, Jim consulted to several automotive OEM's providing restructuring services. During his 20 years at Mazda Motor Corp. and Ford Motor Company, Jim had financial responsibility for Ford's hybrid and fuel cell programs and served as a plant controller. Jim earned a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University and holds a MBA from Wayne State University.

Jeff has 26 years of engineering expertise covering the nuclear and mechanical disciplines. His experience includes 11 years of EV/Hybrid expertise along with complete vehicle development with heavy emphasis on predictive simulation methods. He worked at Ford, MSX, MDI and Tesla Motors where he was the Sr. Manager of Vehicle Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York.

Nam brings his engineering, program discipline and market expertise to the firm from his experience at Ford & Tesla Motors and has worked for a combined 19 years of automotive OEM product development. He led the 2008 Ford Focus program team and the Tesla Motors Sedan electric vehicle program team. He acquired a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Scott’s 25 years of automotive engineering were spent mainly at Ford and Tesla Motors working on powertrain electronics design and development, in-vehicle network communications design, electrical system architecture for the electric sedan and software DV for battery components. Scott holds BS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and Master’s Degrees Electronics & Computer Control Systems.

John brings 30 years of automotive engineering and operations experience culminating in leading a Fortune 500 company division. Started at GM then Ford for 16 years prior to a shift to Tier 1 suppliers GKN, C&A and Magna. He left Magna for Tesla Motors to lead the Model S vehicle and assembly factory teams for 3 years. He has Bachelor Degrees in Mechanical Eng. and BA from Lawrence Technological Univ. in with an MBA from Eastern Michigan Univ.
