  • President and CEO

    Mr. Darren C. Post draws upon 35 years of vehicle, powertrain and component operations and vehicle product development experience with General Motors leading automobile programs with P&L responsibility. Mr. Post brought to market a number of innovative products during his 10 years as vehicle line director, including Pontiac Solstice, Saturn Sky, Opel Zafira and 2014 Chevrolet Impala (including hybrid & CNG models), from concept to production.

  • CTO & Co-Founder

    Mr. W Jeffrey DeFrank utilizes his 26 years of engineering expertise covering the nuclear and mechanical disciplines. His experience includes 11 years of EV/Hybrid expertise, along with complete vehicle development with heavy emphasis on predictive simulation methods. Mr. DeFrank worked at Ford, MSX, MDI and Tesla Motors where he was the senior manager of vehicle engineering responsible for three vehicles throughout his tenure there.

  • Director – Electrical and Controls Engineering

    Most of Mr. Scott Sabin’s 25 years of automotive engineering experience were spent at Ford Motor including engine manufacturing, powertrain electronics design and development, product launches, in-vehicle network communications design, and Six-Sigma project management. He moved to Tesla Motors, designing the electrical system architecture for the electric sedan and software DV for various Roadster battery components and supervisory modules.

  • Director of Development and Validation

    During his 25 years in engineering services in the Detroit area, Mr. Benny Rediers accumulated broad experience in testing various structures, including U.S. Navy destroyer ships, JPL deep space parabolic-dish antennas and automotive gas and diesel vehicles. Mr. Rediers started his career working at Defiance Testing and Engineering as manager of NVH and squeak & rattle, then joined the Ricardo U.S. as manager of powertrain and vehicle NVH.

  • Director of New Business Development and External Affairs

    Paul brings draws on 29 years of management and consulting experience from GM, Saturn, Cadillac, Opel, Chrysler at the OEM level, Dana Commercial Truck and Nartron at the automotive component level. His consulting experience covers automotive product development, product and portfolio planning. At General Motors, led development of the Mid-Engine Corvette, gained portfolio approval of Cadillac ATS (Car of Year ) and Opel Meriva in Europe.
