Dr. O’Donoghue is the lead inventor of the LCD recycling equipment having identified a clear gap in the market. For this a fundamental knowledge of the both the recycling and the manufacturing sectors of Ireland and Europe is required, as well as an in-depth understanding of the EU legislation and WEEE/RoHS/REACH directives which she possesses. This is combined with her expertise in LCD display technology.

Dr. Leen's engineering experience stems directly from his involvement in a diverse range of industrial organizations. This has enabled him to develop a varied skill set. His primary background includes engineering with a specialization in computational simulation and modelling of complex automotive systems. His industrial career has touched on all aspects of design and manufacturing of bespoke products including spacecraft checkout systems.

Peter brings over 20 years of business acumen to the team having worked at executive level in a number of industries including bankinig, aviation and recycling. He was most recently the General Manager for a SME plastic injection moulding company where he significantly increased the customer base in Europe and set up a network of subproducers in Asia.
