    Chief Science Officer and co-founder

    Randy holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and Ph.Din Chemistry. He has 10 years of industry experience in R&D and product development as a formulation scientist and global technical manager at Syngenta AG. He is an inventor on several patents and author of several peer-reviewed publications. Randy is responsible for leading R&D and serving as the company’s cannabis science and technology subject matter expert in his role as Chief Science Officer.

    CEO and co-founder

    With a background in mobile telephony and hi-tech, Andy is a seasoned entrepreneur. He formed Ambridge Group in 1996, built it to CHF 50M and 300 staff within 4 years and number 1 in its field within Europe, and sold it to a Fortune 500 company. Andy has served as startup CEO for various investors. Andy is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the company, leading software development and building the e-commerce platform.
