Our renovated properties are sold to buyers who consider them to be a great value in the $250,000 price range.

Our buyers are both owner occupants for their primary residence as well as investors for their portfolio of cash flowing rentals.

The properties are single family homes and townhouses that have between 1200 and 2500 SF of living space.

The renovation process increases the value of homes by making repairs and upgrades.
