Former Managing Partner of Ernst&Young Management Consulting in Turkey, with 20+ years of Consulting, Telecom, Startups and Entrepreneurship experience, Cenk has B.S. of Civil Engineering degree from Middle East Technical University, Executive MBA degree from Koç University and is a part time instructor of the MBA Faculty of Istanbul Bilgi University since 2001 and previously was the CEO of two European MVNO’s in Turkey.

İdris is the former VP of VodaTech, the largest call center in Turkey who is using its own proprietary call center platform. He is one of the few professionals not only in Turkey but worldwide in terms of developing open source softphone systems as well as cloud PAAS platforms with 15+ years of experience. İdris has B.S. degree from Eskişehir Anatolian University and frequent speaker in Tech conferences.

Birkan has 19 years of experience on Online Acqusition & Retention, CRM and Contact Center Management related projects in Turkey, CIS Countries and EMEA region. Between 1995 to 2003 he was one of the management team member of Turkey’s first ISP Turk.Net as a Customer Service Manager, Consumer Services Director and Marketing Director. He is providing consulting to sectors ie. Airlines, Telco, Retail, Finance, E-Commerce and Startups.
