Our application is a web based tool used by sales associates at retail stores, while helping customers and during their downtime on mobile devices. The tool gives an associate a 360 degree view of the customer from all channels (In-store, E-commerce, Social), and leverages this to help the associate provide a more personalized and delightful shopping, and marketing experience.
