Real estate veteran who's completed over $300 million in real estate transactions over the past 5 years. Prior to Allur, Ted founded Paatle.com, the world's first global online platform that helps you interact with real estate. It was through his experiences as a real estate professional and as a co-founder at Paatle that Ted identified the problem that the pre-construction industry has yet to solve.

Designer with a strong foundation in print advertising & branding. With over 6 years of experience, Cody is an expert with Adobe Creative Suite. As a designer, Cody puts a heavy focus on brand consistency, typography, and creative aesthetics while keeping things communicative and usable. In his spare time, he teaches and shares his knowledge with aspiring designers at Langara College's Design Program.

Interactive developer with over 8 years of experience. He has worked with top companies in Vancouver producing web sites and other interactive presentations. Ryan specializes in HTML4/5, XHTML, CSS, Standards Based Production, PHP, Databases (MySQL), Flash, Actionscript, XML, RSS, Apache, CMS, Drupal, Wordpress, Jquery, and Plugins. When he's not building websites, Ryan is also an instructor at Langara College's Design Program.

A software engineer with a passion for writing open source code. He has in excess of 1 million of his software packages downloaded and is an influential member of his programming community. Lee has been writing code since the age of 15 and is entirely self-taught. His primary love lies with the Ruby programming language but he has experience with Perl, Java, Python, C, C++, Haskell, Lua, PHP, Objective-C and others.

Simeon grew up in Southeast Asia (China, Malaysia, Hong Kong). Over the past 2 years, Simeon has worked for two of the top names in real estate here in Vancouver. Having facilitated the launch of 2 international offices within China as well as the development of strategic partnerships. Through his efforts, he fostered the sale of over 1,000 residential units.

Graduated from the Queen's School of Business in 2009 with a B.COMM degree. He has experienced various positions ranging from managerial roles within the international trade arm of South Korea's government (KOTRA), to investment banking, and more recently as a top financial advisor for TD Canada Trust. Jeff's most recent experience as head of business development for Paatle Software Inc. sparked his passion for startups.
