Founder & CEOJess Gartner obtained her bachelor’s at University of Pennsylvania, where she focused her research on value-added assessment in education. She has taught in schools in Thailand, South Africa, Philadelphia, and Baltimore City. Jess was a Teach for America Baltimore Corps Member and received her Master’s in Teaching from Johns Hopkins. As an adjunct professor at Towson University, she taught graduate level course on education reform.

Chief Technology OfficerTed O'Meara has worked with numerous startups and Fortune 100 companies, fulfilling needs for information and system architecture, user interface design, as well as Ruby and Java-Script engineering. He has a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction and specializes in user experience, but brings full stack development skills to his role as Chief Technology Officer.

Director of DataJason Becker recently completed his tenure as a fellow with Harvard Strategic Data Project to build systems for data informed decision-making, specifically around college readiness. During his time at the Rhode Island State Department of Education, he developed and supported a new state education funding formula, assisting with the proposed funding formula's transition plan and providing data analysis on financing education reform

Director of FinanceRosalyn Savarimuthu previously worked at Afton Partners, assisting startup schools in evaluating their financials, as well as supporting school districts with strategic priorities such as student-based budgeting and district redesign. Before working in education, Rosalyn spent six years at Citigroup focused on special projects related to the sub-prime crisis and ultimately received an accelerated promotion to VP within the Corporate M&A team.
