Headhunted into Siebel Systems in 2001, McCullagh spent 5 years as a senior executive helping Siebel Systems return to growth and eventually sell the company to Oracle in 2006. McCullagh then joined Mysis plc in London, UK as EVP and Chief Marketing Officer, helping turn around the software firm and selling it in two transactions over 3.5 years.
