Her previous company, a group of outpatient clinics was acquired in 2021 after scaling from 0-35+ employees in s core product infuses a proven manual process from this last success into a scalable platform technology.

    CTO

    Author, teacher, speaker, and coach focused on team building and high-performance technical teams. As CTO of Thrivelution he leads the dev team in building and maintaining our product using the Core Protocols, Agile, and Open Space Technology.

    Richard created and teaches the course Agile Software Development at Harvard University, and he co-teaches the Spark! innovation fellowship at Boston University.
