Company Summary

Alleviant started in Oct 2017 as Arkansas Ketamine Clinics,
LLC. Infusion Centers of America, LLC (ICA) was formed in January 2018 and was created to build franchised and company-owned practices.
Currently, we have six clinics (soon to be eight) in Arkansas, Florida, Ohio, California, Colorado, and Tenesee.

My plan as a founder is to launch the Alleviant Health Center in Corvallis, Oregon in 2020.
