As the founder and CEO of Allergy Solutions, Neil brings 13 years of physician assistant experience to the team. Neil founded a successful allergy clinic in 2008 and graduated from the university of Colorado Executive MBA program in 2013. He is also the 2013 Bard Center for Entrepreneurship Business Plan Competition winner. He is working full time to build Allergy Solutions into a highly successful and lucrative company.

Gary is a retired US Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and an MBA classmate of Neil Smith. Gary's experience includes the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, U.S. State Department, Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health and Human Services, and the Department of Homeland Security. Gary is the Board Chairman of the Colorado Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC). Gary brings a wealth of operations experience to our team.

Lisa brings over 10 years of experience as a registered nurse and is also a certified human resources (HR) professional. Lisa's contributions to our team include HR oversight, hiring and on boarding new employees and clinical supervision of our allergy technicians at our doctors' office and employee-health client locations.

Dr. Carr is a board certified Otolaryngologist who has supervised Neil Smith's allergy practice for the past three years. Dr. Carr has been in private practice since 1976 and is a member of the Colorado and American Academy of Otolaryngology, both the Colorado and American Medical Associations, and the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. Dr. Carr brings over 35 years of medical expertise to his medical-director role at Allergy Solutions.

Daryl Winn, PhD serves as advisor and mentor to Allergy Solutions' executive team. Dr. Winn was Neil Smith and Gary Henry's economics professor during the University of Colorado Executive MBA program. Daryl's mentorship has been instrumental in the concept development and early execution of the Allergy Solutions business model.
