Reed, started out with a career in the advertising world, working for some of the largest advertising agencies in New York and Los Angeles. McCaffrey & McCall, (1976-79), Y&R (1980-83), and Wells Rich Greene (1985-89) to list a few. Reed is also a 20-year veteran of film, television and stage.
A graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.Reed has always been committed to devoting his time and energy to preserve and nurture the arts.

Kimberly Ogletree is a native of Washington, D.C and a graduate of Howard University. She began her career producing music videos with the New York based production company Classic Concept Productions. She has produced over 200 music videos for superstars such as LL Cool J, Stevie Wonder, Will Smith, Boyz II Men, and Public Enemy and so many more.
Kimberly joined the BET family as Supervising Producer for Development and Special Projects in 1993

Donna McAfee is an entertainment industry mogul specializing in the genres of Gospel and Jazz. She has produced and directed over 100 TV episodes of the West Coast Praze TV show and recently launched the second season of the LA JAZZ TV show. it finally got picked up by SKY ANGEL TV which airs in 15 million homes. The shows has greater growth and now airs in 60 million homes, they also airs internationally.
