Ross has over 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry in companies that include LifeCore Biomedical, ER Squibb, Allergan, and Schwarz Pharma. From 2006 - 2010, he served as the President of DDN, a leading business process outsourcer to the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. In 2009 Ross was recognized as one of the 100 Most Inspiring Leaders in Pharmaceuticals by PharmaVoice and was chosen as a regional finalist for the

Ojash has worked with Ross over the last 2 years on the Alithias software. He has >9 years experience in development as an IT consultant and has significant experience coding and developing complex applications, including a healthcare claim edit system. Ojash is also responsible for managing our developers in Nepal. He has a degree in Mathematics and a Master's in Computer Science from UW Whitewater.

Jon has founded and sold a number of technology companies. His work experience includes GE Healthcare, NEXT Computing, and Archiblox. He is an Associate Professor of Engineering at Milwaukee School of Engineering.
