More than 20 million Americans are estimated to suffer from food allergies. Prevalence has increased more than 100% in the last decade and continues to climb and there is no cure. The Allert™ will be the only objective line of defense to further reduce the risk of accidental ingestion by testing food. Designed specifically for those foods causing 90+% of reactions in restaurants: desserts, sauces, soups and stews.
