Company Summary

AlgaStar key technology is our unique patent-approved photo-bioreactor system, which allows for the continuous production of algal biomass at a commercial scale.     Mr. Ericsson, age 66, is the inventor of the SolarMagnatron™ "patent-pending" technology, a founding director of AlgaStar and serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. From 1982 to 1989, Mr. Ericsson was an independent consultant advising in the fields of energy, cogeneration and marine aquaculture to various companies and institutions in the United States.

    Mr. Ericsson, age 36, received a B.S. in Business Management and Finance from the Arizona State University. His professional background combines extensive experience in software development, marketing, real estate, and creative financing for startup companies.

    The acting secretary/Treasurer of AlgaStar, Inc., Ms. Burt received a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from the San Diego State University in California in 1986 and is a notary public and official circuit court reporter.

    Chief algae laboratory supervisor, Mrs. Klein, age 40, received her M.S. in Biology from Angelo State University in 2003 where she specialized in microbiology. Her professional expertise, which includes three years of general and pathogenic microbiology laboratory experience as well as four years of environmental biology experience working with government agencies, makes her ideally suited for the day-to-day operation of our R&D laboratory and c

    Mr. Morgan, age 47, has over 22 years of experience in legal and business roles. Mr. Morgan has served, since January 2009, as Vice President General Counsel & Business Development and Secretary of Dyadic International, Inc. (OTC Pink: DYAI), a global biotechnology company. Mr. Morgan earned his B.A. degree from Duke University in 1986 and his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1990.
