John first started and ran his own successful business in Australia and South East Asia between 1988 & 1995, then worked in senior management roles with International Engineering & Construction firm Black & Veatch for 10 years (1996-2005), then with Veolia Water for another 5 years (2005-2010). He then moved to Onewater Group as Chief Engineering Officer.
