Stephen turned his focus to start-ups in 2008 and successfully launched numerous new technologies and products in both domestic and international markets. Stephen has successfully led M&A activities for two industry start-ups, and raised more than $3 million in funding for non-profit organizations.

Dr. Kosanovich has over 35 years of experience in the leadership of public companies, business development and venture management, as well as technological expertise in alternative energy including algae to fuels. He completed the PMD Program at Harvard Business School and earned a PhD in chemical engineering from SUNY Buffalo. As CEO of three different publicly traded companies, he led those businesses to improved sales and earnings.

Richard WhizenhuntDirector of Transactional MarketingMr. Whisenhunt has been in the construction industry for past 40 years and was superintendant on heavy equipment operations including pipelines for city water in Prescott, Arizona. He also built a dive resort in Belize Central America so he has hired and worked with local help. He had a tile installation business in Sedona, Arizona for 12 years.

He has extensive experience with auditors, industry and government regulators and has co-authored 4 U.S. Patents with First Data Corporation. Mr. Arthus’s Software Development Programs currently support over 400 merchant ISO’s, 400,000 merchants and 10 billion plus in processed sales.
