Alexander Vuckovic, M.D. LLC is developing a medical food, called Gentelon, for the treatment of major depression. In contrast to existing synthetic antidepressants, Gentelon is made from three natural substances that have already been shown to posses antidepressant activity. Gentelon has strong IP from a patent that was just recently issued. The medical need for alternative antidepressants represents a very large commercial opportunity.
