Zainab is a Cambridge Graduate teacher specialising in English as Foreign Langaguge. She herself was a refugee from Burundi and who arrived in the UK understanding just a handfulfew words of English and has a natural empathy for learners of English as a second language. Becuase of her experience of crossing language boundaries, she speaks three langagues fluently.

Khatija is a qualified corporate lawyer and has extensive experience in dealing with refugees, new migrants, assylum seekers as part of the many charities she has been involved in setting up. She travels extensively and her understanding of the need for accessing a universal language, such as English, to support those who have been uprooted is key to their successful adoption of a new country.
