Company Summary

PinCell aims to bridge the gap between basic/clinical research and discovery of new drugs in dermatology. Over twenty-year work in the laboratory from which PinCell was originated has allowed to clarify several mechanisms underlying the processes of a number of cutaneous diseases, particularly of rare diseases. These novel pathomechanisms represent the target for new therapeutic molecules.

    Inventor of 4 international patents on drugs (one in Phase II), prior to PinCell.

    Biotechnologist and Clinical Pathologist with 15-year research experience in basic and applied research, with particular interest in inflammatory and immune-mediated skin diseases. Long-standing skill in “in vivo” disease models.
