That annoying problem when:
-- You have to collect inventory on every item in a hotel or hospital because the hotel needs to save money, so yo have to do it by hand
-- You lost your keys/ID/Passport/wallet
-- You lost your *insert electronic gadget*/it got stolen
-- the lost and found center you work at (in a *insert location, ie airport*) is bursting at the seams
