I have been in business since 2003. At first it was a part time venture acquiring property, rehabbing, and selling. We have used different ways to acquire property utilizing the traditional ways of acquisition and sale. Our focus in acquiring properties has shifted to buying the underlying debt direct from lenders on these properties to control (acquire) them and then whole sale or rehab and re-selling.
