Mark also advises a number of aviation businesses including airlines, flight training organisations and aircraft finance companies on aircraft choice, fleet size, staffing, regulations and route cost-benefit analysis. Mark is very well known and highly respected in the aviation industry.

Alex has been working in the services industry for over 15 years running departments managing all finances, HR and auxiliary teams. Her current leadership role includes the resource management, human resources, purchasing and time allocation of over 120 staff while ensuring the invoicing and financial management including customer relationship management.
