Ken Peterson founded Next Level in 2002 to fulfill his vision of helping entrepreneurs. He has spent his career in small, entrepreneurial companies.

Ken has over 30 years in manufacturing, distribution, software development, start-ups, accounting and finance.

Ed had 13 years in both Technical and Executive management roles at Ektron. He has built on his experiences as a software engineer and architect to form a deep understanding of how business needs intersect with technology to create innovative solutions. Prior to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Ektron Ed was Chief Software Architect at TeleHomeCare, Global Telemedix, & held Senior Software Engineering roles at Zydacron & Bruker Instruments.

Steven has over 20 years of marketing and operations expertise to Akumina, recently heading global marketing at Ektron for 6+ years, responsible for establishing Ektron as a Web Content Management market leader. Steven has an unmatched understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to align technology to deliver measurable marketing results. Steven held senior marketing product management roles with Qvidian, CMGi, Omtool.
